NEW COAL CONVEYORS PD V1, V2, V3 - NOEN, a.s.
General description
These are belt conveyors having a width of 1,600 mm intended for conveyance of coal from the inner dump to the Ledvice coal preparation plant. The central part of conveyors consists of non-sequenced central parts, equipped with festoon benches, and covered with removable covers.
The driving stations are of a two-drum, movable type. The basic supporting steel structure consists of a latticed central part and solid-web front and rear parts.
The conveyor V1 driving station is equipped with four 500 kW drives – 2 pcs for the upper drum, 2 pcs for the lower drum. The conveyor V2, V3 driving station is equipped with two 250 kW drives – 1 pc for the upper drum, 1 pc for the lower drum.
The conveyor belt tensioning mechanism consists of a tension carriage, a tensioning winch, and a rope system with rope pulleys.
A single-module switching station is mounted on the steel structure above the driving station, the tensioning winch is mounted on a platform behind the switching station.
The PD V1 driving station is anchored to a concrete foundation slab together with the PD V2 reversing station. V2,V3 driving station is mounted on steel pontoons.
