DESIGNING IS OUR GAME
The purpose of modernization and repair of belt conveyors is to increase capacity parameters and reliability of the equipment and at the same time to decrease requirements for attendance and maintenance.
The belt conveyors Nos. 110,175,173 have width B = 1600 mm and are intended for conveyance of overburden excavated with the KU 300 large-scale excavators and the K 650 large-scale excavator.
The driving station (PS) is of a two-drum movable type, the basic supporting steel structure consists of solid-web steel beams with relief windows, the driving station is mounted on rail undercarriages, with a single-module switching station mounted on the steel structure above the driving station, the tensioning winch is mounted on a platform on the right side of the supporting steel structure.
